FINANCIAL ANALYSIS Connie Cannady, J. Stowe & Co. Connie Cannady has had approximately 20 years of consulting experience. Much of her career has been spent dealing with issues related to regulation and franchising of utility services, both at the local and state level. She has also conducted numerous rate evaluations concerning cable television services under both the FCC benchmarking and cost of service methodologies.
